This site is operated by Kevin Wilson, a sole proprietor. This policy explains what information is collected on this site, where it goes, and how to reach me about it.

What is collected

• Assessment form fields: if you complete the marketing analytics maturity assessment at /free-audit, I collect the fields you submit (name, email, company, website, budget range, and your answers to the assessment questions).
• Analytics: this site uses PostHog to record anonymized, aggregate usage data (pages visited, general location, device/browser type) to understand how the site is used.

Where it goes

Assessment submissions are sent to an n8n automation workflow I run, which is used to generate and deliver your assessment results. I do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond the service providers (PostHog, n8n hosting) needed to operate the site.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted by emailing me directly.
